2009 IEEE International Conference on Multimedia & Expo (ICME 2009) serves as a forum for the dissemination of state-of-the-art research, development, and implementations of multimedia systems, technologies and applications. ICME 2009 is co-sponsored by four IEEE societies (the Computer Society, the Signal Processing Society, the Circuits and Systems Society, and the Communications Society). Note that ICME is hosted for the first time in Latin America, and specially welcomes paper submissions from the region.
