Appscio pioneered making video actionable and accessible via segmentation based upon metadata harvested from audio and video channels and from associated sensors. The Appscio(TM) Media Processing Framework (MPF) provides the basis for an extensible, service-oriented, open architecture for multimedia applications. This core technology, upon which the Appscio Video Information Management System is built, has broad applications for government and commercial users.
